About the Artist

Anna

Artist Statement
I work in a variety of media depending on my situation and what will work to best express what I see and feel. My current challenge of putting the three dimensional world into two dimensions, requires observing how light hits what I am portraying. I often spend a lot of time looking at what I will paint or draw before I can take in the image. I consider painting and drawing to be my life long work.
